We're a close-knit office, so questions can be answered by just about anyone. However, here's a brief description of the general duties of each of us. Please select & click a picture to send an email message!    SALES Gary Max, President - The Big Cheese. When you see him he may be wearing his “sales guy” hat or his “boss” hat. When he’s here, he’s on the phone; when he’s not here, he’s fishing…or at least wishing he was. Gary covers King County, Eastern Washington, Alaska and any remaining areas between fishing trips. If you can’t reach him, ask for Elaine. Doug Buell, Regional Representative - Doug's credo of "healthy living" may just infect us all. An outdoor buff, he's perfectly-suited for his role at SiteLines. Doug travels all over Oregon and southwest Washington doing outside sales...we just hope he drives his car saner than he drives a golf cart (Mario!). Carmen James, Regional Representative - After 8 years stuck in the office, we're finally letting Carmen get out from behind her desk to handle sales in the North Puget sound area. So, if you're in Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, San Juan, Island, Clallam or Jefferson counties, you are lucky enough to work with Carmen! Just don't say you are in a hurry to see her, because she has been known to leave rubber pulling out of the parking lot with her red Mustang to visit customers. You can call her at the office, or her cell phone is 360-920-0256. Lauri Lawler, Senior Project Manager/Estimator - Lauri's a Washington Husky fan to the end. She lives for sports, so don't laugh if you see her in her truck, cheering wildly. She handles all Contractor sales & service for jobs in WA. With two little girls at home, she's usually sleep-deprived, so be gentle. Jason Hochhalter, Jason is our local football star turned Project Estimator. Don't sit too close to him or annoy him, because you may find your chair wrapped in stretch wrap when you come back from lunch. When he's not pulling practical jokes or checking football scores, his serious side handles all bids and contractor sales for Oregon and Southwest Washington, and Alaska.    CUSTOMER SERVICE Elaine Yates - After 5 years away from the playground business Elaine decided she couldn't take it any more and joined us as our lead inside sales person. So, if you need any kind of pricing or replacement parts or general information, Elaine will be your first stop on the playground highway. Jeannie Buell, Project Coordinator - Jeannie is Doug’s assistant and also his better half. She works at the Oregon office with Doug and does customer service, inside sales or contractor sales, and keeps the office running while he’s on the road. She’s also our inside track to stories about his wild past, which we love to hear…true or not. Sandy Burleson, Media Coordinator - Our only part-timer, Sandy's a whirlwind when she's in. With nerves (and calves) of steel, she fills the catalog requests, produces confirmations of shipment, and puts together all of the large mailings, trade show packets, submittals, and anything else that’s “media”-related. MaryAnn Hinze, Order Entry - When she isn't in her corner talking to herself, or reprimanding her computer, she is busy juggling order entry, or scheduling the installers to visit far corners of the planet, or completing those annoying Prevailing Wage forms.    CAD/GRAPHICS Shawna Moriarty, Playground Layout/CAD/Graphic Design With a quick wit and a quicker trigger finger, Shawna juggles playground layout duties, proposal support for the outside sales staff, and graphic design work for all of our in-house marketing pieces. When she's not juggling, she's usually planning her next trip out boating, camping, or riding quads. Jason Wetzel, Playground Layout/CAD/Graphic Design Although not always as rambunctious as some of the other children in the office, we think he was born with his index finger attached to his computer's mouse. If you like the great design proposal and large color rendering we sent you, you can probably thank him and his quick mouse finger for that great looking design! His two small kids and dog make perfect playground testers.    ACCOUNTING Kathy Max, Chief Financial Officer - When Kathy's not showing the dogs, shearing the sheep, fighting crowds at Costco, or picking up the kids, she's working from home. Kathy oversees all of the financial issues for SiteLines; if she's not available, ask for Sue. Sue Carpenter, Accounts Receivable Manager - Sue is usually mild-mannered and quiet (unless you don't pay her invoice), and her military training shows as all those bills, reports, and invoices are always completed right on time. Sue handles all accounts payable and receivable, payroll, office management, and other money stuff.
