Some of the equipment carried by SiteLines can be purchased through cooperative buying contracts. Many public agencies are eligible, including most cities, housing authorities, and school districts; groups within these agencies can purchase equipment at negotiated discounts in order to avoid going through a formal bid process. To verify your group's eligibility, contact the following organizations; for more information about discounts or other details as they pertain to your specific project, contact your SiteLines representative.

• King County Director's Association (KCDA) Contract - Membership is open to publicly-funded Oregon and Washington state agencies and is primarily oriented toward schools. For eligible members, there is a substantial discount off most GameTime equipment, and there is special pricing on GameTime's GTImpax engineered wood fiber and rubber safety tiles. Eligibility information can be obtained from Becky Stripp, Contact Adminstrator, at 425-251-8115, extension 130.

• U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Contract #GS-07F-0397K - GameTime equipment can be purchased by any federal agency through this contract. Information specific to GameTime's contract is available online through GSA Advantage!, a menu-driven database system; general information about ordering from Federal Supply Schedules can be obtained through GSA's Federal Supply Service at 800-488-3111.

• U.S. Communities Contract RFP #040376 - No fees or membership required! This national purchasing cooperative allows all publicly-funded non-federal agencies the ability to receive nation-wide buying power for all eligible products, including surfacing and installation services.
